These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the hosting, SEO, and website services (the "Services") provided by Organice Group of Companies Inc., operating as Site Beast ("Site Beast," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Site Beast provides managed website hosting, automated SEO content, technical SEO maintenance, and related reporting for client sites, delivered on a subscription basis. Specific plan features and pricing are as displayed at signup or in your service agreement.

2. Eligibility

Onboarding is subject to our review and approval. We may decline or terminate service to any account at our discretion.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions bill on a recurring basis (monthly, unless otherwise stated) via our payment processor, Stripe.
• Any introductory or discounted pricing will convert to standard pricing after the stated period; we will disclose the standard rate at signup.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

4. Domains

Where a domain is included as part of your subscription, Site Beast registers and administers that domain on your behalf for the term of your subscription. Domain ownership, and what happens to the domain if your subscription is cancelled, is governed by your specific service agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts our infrastructure or other customers' sites.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where practical.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or misuse of the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Site Beast is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
